Ephemeral Hike

Ursula is a proudly self-taught wild food expert. She has taught numerous classes around Northeast Ohio, spoken at several local food and self-sufficiency related events, and organizes a yearly festival centered around increasing knowledge of and respect for Northeast Ohio’s wild plants. She is an accomplished grant writer and works with local self-sufficiency, and ecological justice focused nonprofits and businesses across the region. Ursula loves to teach people of all ages about our native plants and mushrooms and hopes to encourage everyone to learn more about our local ecosystem on their own.
