Facilities
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 30% of facility rental fees and signed Agreement must be received by The Lodge within five (5) business days of Client reserving the facility.
Reservations without payment within five (5) business days will be forfeited. The full balance is due three 30 days prior to the event date.
Reservations made within thirty (30) days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Note:
Cancellation Policy:
• Within 90 days prior to event reservation - Full refund minus 30% nonrefundable deposit
• Within 60 days prior to event reservation - 50% refund
• Within 30 days prior to event reservation - No refund
Cleaning Fee:
In addition to the rental fee, a $150 cleaning fee will be added to the rental for weddings.
Weekday & Holiday Wedding Rates:
Both weekday and weekday Holiday wedding rental fees are priced as a Sunday rate.
